Michele Garrett

With a lifelong passion for early childhood education, Michele Garrett began her career in child care at the age of 19. Starting as a preschool teacher, she quickly rose through the ranks to become a center director, gaining extensive experience in overseeing high-quality programs.

In 2019, Michele founded Leaders of Tomorrow, a child care company dedicated to serving families in the Mira Mesa area. Since its inception, the program has supported hundreds of families and continues to be an invaluable resource for the community.
